## About Our Famous Dips & Spreads

Everything I make is 100% vegetarian, FSSAI approved, and free from any preservatives. Since I prepare these in small batches in my home kitchen, you get them fresh every single time. It is not just about the dip, it is about having a versatile ingredient you can toss into noodles, spread on sourdough, or serve as the star of your next grazing board.

When I started The Soul Kitchen, I wanted to create food that feels like a hug but tastes like a gourmet treat. My dips are the perfect example of that philosophy. 

### Why my dips are different
Unlike mass-produced versions, I do not use shortcuts or stabilizers. You are getting pure, honest flavours. My signature Mexican Layered Dip is a fan favourite for a reason, with its precise layers of refried beans and silky sour cream, while my Edamame Truffle Dip offers a more sophisticated, earthy profile that pairs beautifully with almost anything.

### Versatility in a jar
I love seeing how my customers use these. Yes, they are perfect with crackers or lavash for your evening drinks. But I have designed them to be kitchen companions too. 
- Use the Edamame Truffle Dip as a base for stuffed mushrooms.

### Ordering and Storage
Everything is made to order in Mumbai to ensure maximum freshness. Because I avoid preservatives, keep these jars refrigerated and enjoy them within 2 to 5 days. I pack them in reusable glass jars that look great on any table. Whether you are hosting a small get-together or looking for a thoughtful, customisable gift, these dips bring that extra bit of joy to your celebrations.
