Because I operate a small-batch, FSSAI-approved home kitchen, you get the kind of consistency and fresh flavour that mass-produced catering often misses. What started in the middle of a lockdown with a few handcrafted dips has grown into a journey of five years and over 1,000 happy customers. People often ask me why I haven't scaled up to a commercial setup. The answer is simple: the moment you compromise on the 'home kitchen' aspect, you lose the heart of the food. ### The TSK Philosophy * **Small Batches, Big Flavour:** By keeping production limited, I ensure every tray of lasagna or batch of dimsums maintains the exact quality you expect.
