This means I appreciate a little advance notice, but it also means you are serving food that feels like a real home-cooked meal, just with the variety of global flavours. ### Your Menu, Your Rules I get bored sticking to one cuisine, and I imagine you might feel the same. My catering service is all about flexibility. You aren't tied to a standard set menu. Whether you want to start with a Lebanese mezze platter, move on to Italian mains, or finish with Mexican tacos, we can mix and match to suit your party's vibe. ### Freshness Without Compromise Since I operate from my home kitchen, the focus is entirely on honest, clean ingredients. I avoid the preservatives and additives common in bulk catering. Everything is made in small batches, meaning the quality stays high whether you are hosting a cozy dinner for four or a larger gathering. ### Dietary Considerations Party catering should include everyone. I have extensive experience working with specific dietary needs, including Jain-compliant menus, vegan requirements, and gluten-free adjustments. You just need to let me know the preferences of your guests, and I will handle the menu adjustments accordingly. ### How Delivery Works I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. The food arrives in heat-safe or spill-proof containers, ready to be plated or reheated.
