I don't believe in bulk-cooking or using preservatives, so I process orders in small batches to make sure you get that honest, 'ghar ka khana' taste. Whether you are planning a quiet dinner or a big party, you are getting food that is made with the same ingredients I would use for my own family. When people ask me why a home kitchen is better, the answer is simple: honesty. I started The Soul Kitchen during the lockdown, and that same intimacy has remained at the core of everything I do. When you order from me, you are not getting mass-produced catering. You are getting a meal planned specifically for your table. ### Why my approach works * **Small Batches:** I never mass-produce. By keeping batches small, I control the quality of every single ingredient, from the freshness of the veggies to the balance of the spices. * **No Shortcuts:** Preservatives have no place here. If a recipe needs time to marinate or rest, I give it that time. That is the only way to achieve the depth of flavour people expect from gourmet food. * **Safety First:** Being an FSSAI-approved kitchen means I take the hygiene and safety of your food as seriously as I take the taste. Whether you are looking for vibrant Mexican layered dips, fresh sushi, or a full party spread, my focus remains on vegetarian gourmet comfort. It is about bringing the restaurant experience home without losing that warm, fuzzy feeling of a home-cooked meal. I handle the prep and the packaging so you can focus on the fun part: making memories with your guests. If you have specific dietary needs, just let me know—everything here is built to be customized. ## About The Soul Kitchen By Mihika Hey, I am Mihika.
