I cap my batch sizes at 20 students because I personally monitor every stance, breath, and movement. Every session is a rigorous cycle of Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and controlled Kumite (sparring) designed to build functional muscle memory, not just a workout. ### Our Training Philosophy Karate is a daily practice, *ye roj ki practice hai*. My sessions follow World Karate Federation (WKF) standards, focusing on the Shotokan style. We do not just teach moves; we teach you how to maintain focus, discipline, and control under pressure. ### What You Will Learn * **Kihon (Basics):** We start with the foundation. Perfecting your stances, punches, blocks, and kicks is non-negotiable. * **Kata (Forms):** We practice traditional sequences that build rhythm, precision, and deep understanding of movement patterns. * **Kumite (Sparring):** This is where you learn reflex and timing.
