Our tasting sessions aren't just about sampling; they are an open-mic for your palate. Whether you want to tweak the spice levels in the North Indian gravies or swap out an appetizer for something more regional, this is where we make those adjustments. Plus, my family personally taste-tests every single item before it hits the table, so you know exactly what your guests are eating. ### Why We Host Tasting Sessions In the catering world, what sounds good on paper doesn't always translate to the palate. We treat our tasting sessions like a rehearsal for the actual wedding day. It gives you the chance to see the plating style, experience the temperature of the food, and confirm if our Charcoal Cheeseburst Idli or live pasta stations are the right fit for your event's vibe. ### The Trupti Standard You aren't just tasting a few cold bites in a warehouse. We recreate the actual buffet setup. You get to see our staff in uniform, experience the table layouts, and interact with the chefs. It is an immersive session where you can: * **Adjust Spice & Seasoning:** Every palate is different. If you want the Dal Makhani creamier or the Chaat spicier, tell us then and there. * **Test Fusion vs. Traditional:** Confused between traditional Gujarati staples and our global fusion bites? Try them side-by-side. * **Check Portion & Flow:** See how the live counters look and how the mocktail bars operate before the big day. Hosting these events is also how we keep our quality in check. Since 1980, the core of our business has been family-led quality control. If it does not pass our taste test, it does not go on your menu. ## About Trupti We have been catering weddings since 1980, and we still treat every event like it is our own. Food is an emotion for us, and we do not believe in just delivering a service. We deliver a daawat that your guests will actually talk about.
