## About Sweet Endings: Desserts & Mithai

The best part of any wedding isn't the stage, it's the live dessert counter. We don't just put out trays of sweets. We set up stations where you can see the jalebi being fried or the kulfi being churned fresh. You get the nostalgia of a classic Ghevar alongside the indulgence of a Biscoff cheesecake, all 100% pure veg and tasted by our family before it hits your table.

A meal without a strong finish is just incomplete. We treat our dessert and mithai section with the same intensity as our main course. Whether you are hosting a traditional wedding in Mumbai or a social gathering, our dessert menus are designed to be the highlight.

### The Mix of Old and New
We respect the classics. Our Indian mithai, like Motichoor Ladoo, Kaju Katli, and traditional Ghevar, are made using time-tested recipes. These are the sweets your guests expect and love. However, we also know that a modern palate wants more. Our fusion desserts, like our signature Biscoff cheesecake or croissant ice cream sandwiches, offer that surprising twist.

### Why Live Counters Win
People remember the food they interact with. Our live dessert stations do exactly that. Watching a chef torche a Lychee Petha Paan Brulee or assemble a fresh tart creates a sensory experience that pre-plated desserts just cannot match. It adds energy to the event and gives guests a reason to hang around the buffet area.

### Quality is Personal
If you see a dessert on our menu, it has been tasted by someone from our family. We are not just vendors pushing high-volume trays. We are foodies who refuse to serve anything we wouldn't eat ourselves. From the quality of the mawa to the ripeness of the fruits, every detail is monitored.

We offer complete customisation for your event. If you have a specific vision, let us sit down, taste, and build a dessert menu that feels like it belongs at your celebration.

## About Trupti
