It is not about formal quality control or spreadsheets. It is a promise we made in 1980 and one we keep today. You get the polish of a professional catering service, but the personal stake of a family kitchen where every dish has been approved by us. Running a kitchen is rarely as graceful as the buffet line looks. Behind every plate of Charcoal Cheeseburst Idli or the perfect Biryani is a team that has been working since the early hours. We source ingredients from local markets, manage live stations, and deal with the high-pressure environment of weddings. Our team is not just staff; they are professionals who understand that for us, food is not just business. We have spent four decades in Mumbai and beyond, perfecting the balance between classic Indian recipes and modern dietary needs. Whether it is a grand destination wedding in Goa or a corporate event in Bahrain, the standard remains the same. If we would not serve it at our own family table, it does not leave our kitchen. ## About Trupti We do not just show up to serve food. We treat your event as our own, with family members on the ground and in the kitchen. It is messy, it is intense, and it is exactly how we have ensured quality for forty years.
