I don't use any premixes, so the sponge is made fresh in my kitchen, allowing me to carefully frost and decorate them with the tiny fondant details that make these milestones feel extra special. ### Baking the 6-Month Milestone Celebrating six months is a trend that's here to stay, and I love being part of these 'halfway to one' celebrations. Since standard round tins don't work for these designs, I carve each cake by hand to ensure that perfect semi-circular shape. Whether you want a hot air balloon theme, teddy bears, or a rainbow design, the structure is key. ### Quality You Can Taste I stick to my promise: every single cake is made from scratch. *Haan*, it takes extra effort compared to using store-bought mixes, but the difference in flavor and texture is worth it. Being an eggless baker in Noida, I ensure every ingredient is high-quality, making these cakes safe and delicious for your little one's first food-related celebrations. ### Design and Customization - **Personalization:** From name blocks and age toppers to color-coordinated fondant elements, everything is tailored to your chosen theme. - **Freshness:** Because I don't use industrial premixes, I manage my baking schedule carefully. This is why pre-booking is essential, especially because weekends get so busy with orders. - **Delivery:** I deliver across Delhi NCR. I ensure the cakes are packed securely so the delicate fondant details and toppers reach you exactly as they look in the photos. ### Frequently Asked Questions **How much in advance should I book?** Since everything is made from scratch, I recommend booking at least 4-5 days before your event. This allows me to source fresh ingredients and work on the fondant details without rushing. **Are these cakes eggless?** Yes, all my cakes, including these half-birthday designs, are 100% eggless. ## About Drishtii Anandd I'm Drishtii, and honestly, making these tiny cakes is my favorite part of the week.
