Whether it is a complex, gravity-defying illusion cake or a tiny bento design, the batter is mixed from scratch in my kitchen. It takes longer and requires more effort than the usual route, but the taste and texture are things you simply cannot fake with a boxed mix. ### Your Vision, My Kitchen I do not believe in shortcuts. When you share a Pinterest board or a sketch with me, I start from the basics. This means measuring, mixing, and baking every batch fresh, whether it is a quick weekday order or a grand weekend celebration. ### What I Specialize In * **Illusion & Structural Cakes:** If you want a cake that looks like a whiskey barrel or a specific object, I use dense mud cake bases and proper internal support so it holds its shape perfectly. * **Themed & Character Work:** For kids' birthdays, I hand-sculpt fondant figures like superheroes or cartoon characters. No generic prints unless you specifically ask for them. * **Elegant & Minimalist:** My floral and abstract designs use fresh, sanitized flowers and palette knife textures. These are great for anniversaries or events where you want something sophisticated. * **Bento & Personal Sizes:** Sometimes you just need a little sweetness. My bento boxes are perfect for single-person treats or milestones like half-birthdays. ### The Practical Details I am based in Noida, and I deliver across Delhi NCR. Since everything is 100% eggless and made to order, I have a limited capacity for each day. If you have a date in mind, especially for weekends, please reach out early. I love a good creative challenge, so feel free to share your mood boards or wild ideas. Let's make something unique together. ## About Drishtii Anandd I am Drishtii, and baking has been my therapy since 2014.
