Whether you want a simple floral cake for an anniversary or a character-themed cake for your little one, the batter is prepared fresh from scratch for your order. It takes a bit more time than the ready-to-use mixes, but you can really taste the difference in the sponge when it’s made the old-fashioned way. When I say I bake from scratch, I really mean it. No shortcuts, no industrial premixes, and no additives. Just simple, high-quality ingredients that turn into something special. My kitchen in Noida stays pretty busy, especially on weekends, because I prefer to take on orders I can manage perfectly rather than rushing through them. Whether you're looking for a small bento cake for a casual hangout or a massive, gravity-defying multi-tier creation for a wedding, the process is the same. I start by understanding your vision. Maybe you have a rough sketch, a Pinterest reference, or just an inside joke that you want to see on a cake. We'll work through the design—be it fondant, cream, or hand-painted art—to make sure it fits your party vibe. Since I work out of Noida, I can deliver across Delhi NCR. Because everything is handmade to order, I usually need a bit of a heads-up to get the ingredients prepped and the design finalized. If you're planning a celebration, just reach out, tell me what you're imagining, and let's see how we can make it happen. ## About Drishtii Anandd Baking has been my therapy since 2014, and honestly, every cake I bake is a new story.
