You can start with a trial for a single day or a week to see if our food suits your palate. Once you’re in, managing your meals is as easy as sending us a DM—we’re flexible with menu tweaks if you’re not a fan of the day’s sabzi, and we’re always just a message away if you need to pause or shift your delivery time. ### How to Get Started We’ve kept the process as honest as the food. Here is how you can get a hot, home-style meal on your desk without the app-scrolling stress: 1. **Connect:** Send us a DM or hit the WhatsApp button below. We’ll chat about what you like and check if your area is on our route. 2. **Pick Your Plan:** Whether you want a daily veggie thali or a non-veg premium meal, choose a subscription that fits your routine. Need a test run? Ask for a one-day trial. 3. **Delivery:** Your dabba is packed fresh that morning and dispatched via the Dabbawala network. Lunch arrives by 12:30 PM, dinner by 8:00 PM. ### Why Our Delivery Works We aren't just another food delivery app. We partner with Mumbai's legendary Dabbawalas because they understand the city and the importance of a meal arriving on time. We deliver in stainless steel dabbas, not plastic containers, keeping your food warm and the planet happy. ### Can We Deliver to You? We are expanding constantly. Currently, our lunch delivery radius spans from Malad to Churchgate and Ghatkopar to Byculla. Dinner service covers Goregaon to Bandra. If you are near these spots, drop us a message—we might already be in your building. ### Flexible Meal Plans Stuck in meetings all day? We get it. If you need to skip a meal or shift your delivery time, just tell us a day in advance. We don’t penalize you for being busy; we just want to make sure you eat well. Our goal is to bring *ghar ka khana* to your doorstep, minus the cooking, cleaning, or the oily junk food. ## About True Tiffins We’re True Tiffins, a family of cooks who believe your lunch break should be the highlight of your day, not a stress test. We swap the corporate kitchen vibe for something real—where the daal is tempered with dadi’s secrets and every tiffin is packed with care before it hits the road.
