When someone tells us their mid-day slump disappeared because the dabba arrived fresh and on time, we know we’ve cracked the code on consistency. It is not just about the food; it is about the reliability of our Dabbawala network getting it to your desk while it is still warm. Finding a reliable lunch partner in Mumbai is a full-time job. Our customers tell us they were tired of the same oily, mystery-meat takeout options before they found us. What sets us apart—and what you will see in our reviews—is the focus on the daily switch. We know eating the same dal-chawal five days a week is boring, so our menu rotates constantly. Whether it is a comforting Kadhi Pakoda or a lighter Sabudana Khichdi, you are getting a meal cooked the same morning it reaches you. ### Why the Trust Matters * **Zero Plastic Policy:** We use strictly steel dabbas. It is better for your health and the planet, and our customers constantly mention how much they appreciate not contributing to the daily mountain of plastic waste. * **Dabbawala Reliability:** We don't rely on random delivery apps that can flake out. Our partnership with Mumbai’s legendary Dabbawalas ensures your lunch arrives like clockwork, whether you are in Andheri or Churchgate. * **Honest Feedback:** We are obsessed with your reviews. If a recipe isn't hitting the mark, we change it. We read every DM and note left on our tiffins because that is how we improve. From professionals handling back-to-back meetings to students craving home-cooked warmth, our 'fam' is growing. Check out the feedback below to see how we handle different dietary preferences and busy schedules. If you are ready to stop the 'what's for lunch' debate, we are ready to feed you. ## About True Tiffins We are just a bunch of foodies who got tired of bad takeout and decided to cook better meals.
