My approach on the red clay courts of Kaggadasapura is different because I combine high-intensity, competitive training with games and genuine celebration, ensuring you stay motivated rather than just going through the motions. ### My Coaching Philosophy I am a tennis player first, which means I know exactly how boring training becomes if there is no joy in the process. My academy branches are built on the belief that you can be a serious athlete and still have a blast while training. We use red clay courts, which are easier on the joints, and I integrate agility ladder work with fun drills so you get fitter without it feeling like torture. ### Programs for Everyone Whether you are looking for serious competition or just want to learn the sport properly, we have a spot for you: * **Kids and Beginners:** We keep it light with playful drills that build solid fundamentals—footwork, grip, and stance—without overwhelming you. * **Adults:** Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time or getting back into the game after years, our group sessions are perfect for balanced attention. * **Competitive Players:** For those chasing tournament wins, my high-performance batches provide 2.5-hour sessions, match simulations, and direct mentorship from my own experiences on the circuit. ### Why Train With Us We are more than just a training ground. We are a community. From celebrating birthdays and wins on the court to my personal oversight of your tournament calendar, we treat this like a family. When you train with me, you are getting a coach who is currently competing and winning titles, not just someone standing on the sidelines holding a clipboard. If you are ready to work hard and laugh a little, you will fit right in. ## About Trisha Vinod I am Trisha, a competitive tennis player running two academy branches, and I am here to prove that you can be a serious athlete without losing your spark. I don't just coach; I build a family where we grind hard on the court and celebrate even harder off it.
