Whether you see a student tackling a complex Carnatic violin piece or a rock anthem on the electric guitar, you are seeing the result of our structured instrumental training. We integrate these stage opportunities into our monthly schedule, so students learn how to handle an audience, manage performance nerves, and refine their technique long before they step into an exam hall. We treat every student performance as a milestone in their musical education. Our instrumental curriculum—covering acoustic and electric guitar, drums, and violin—is designed to take you from initial notes to stage-ready confidence. ### Building Technical Proficiency We don't just teach the instrument; we teach the repertoire. Guitarists learn everything from foundational chords to electric soloing techniques, often preparing for Rockschool exams. Our drum program builds coordination using electronic kits, helping students develop rhythm and timekeeping skills. Meanwhile, violinists explore the nuances of both Western classical bowing and intricate Carnatic fingering techniques. ### Performance as a Classroom Tool The Open Mic is not a show; it is a classroom extension. By performing monthly, our students demystify the stage. A student who starts by playing a simple melody in a group class quickly learns the discipline required for solo recitals. This consistent exposure is exactly why our students feel prepared when they eventually sit for ABRSM or Trinity College London examinations. ### Join Our Musical Community With dedicated centers in BEML Layout, HSR Layout, and Sarjapur Road, our Bangalore branches serve as hubs for musicians of all levels. Whether you are an adult picking up a violin for the first time or a child wanting to master the drums, our instructors provide the feedback loop necessary to progress. We believe in providing a path from the first lesson to the final grade, ensuring that every student has a clear understanding of their development and the theory behind the music they play. ## About Trishan School of Music At Trishan School of Music, we believe the best way to learn an instrument is to play it in front of people. Our instructors focus on building solid technique through personalized coaching, ensuring every student has the confidence to perform, whether for a grade exam or just for fun.
