Our sessions are built on the Trinity philosophy: 'Mehnat' (hard work) to build your technique and 'Masti' (fun) to keep you coming back. Whether you are working on your serve or your footwork, we ensure the momentum stays high from the first ball to the last. At Trinity Tennis Academy, we have developed a curriculum that balances rigorous technical training with the joy of playing. Led by former Junior Davis Cup Captain Benjamin Xavier, our coaching methodology focuses on real gameplay, not just endless drills. We operate across premium locations in Mumbai, including Emma Sports Academy in Powai and Bandra Gymkhana, ensuring accessible, world-class training. Our programs cover every level of play. Kids aged 3 to 7 start with our 'Play and Stay' Mini-Tennis program, using smaller racquets and softer balls to learn basics. For juniors up to age 16, we offer competitive coaching that prepares them for state and district tournaments. For adults, we offer group sessions that blend technical drills with high-intensity cardio tennis, perfect for fitness and social interaction. We also provide private 1-on-1 coaching for those needing specific stroke correction or tactical guidance. Please note that for our group programs, we require a commitment to the full quarterly schedule, as we do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes. We provide training balls and agility equipment, though we ask that you bring your own tennis racquets and proper non-marking shoes. ## About Trinity Tennis Academy We started in 2016 with one goal: making tennis accessible to everyone in Mumbai. Our courts are filled with a mix of hard drills, laughter, and high energy because we believe that while winning is great, the love for the game lasts forever.
