At Trinity Sports and Emma Sports Academy, we focus on real-game scenarios and actionable skill building. Our football sessions take place on professional turf, covering essentials like ball mastery, passing, and tactical positioning for older age groups. For basketball, we utilize outdoor hard courts to drill mechanics like shooting form, defensive slides, and half-court scrimmages. ### Where We Train We have partnered with key venues to make coaching accessible across the city. We keep our batches mixed and supportive. Football coaching is open to ages 5 and up, while our basketball programs cater to ages 6 and older. We provide all the basics, from cones and bibs for football to standard balls for basketball.
