We deliver your food in ready-to-serve aluminium or glass trays, so there is no hassle with crockery or waitstaff. You get the food exactly as we make it for our own family, perfectly portioned for you to heat up and serve when your guests arrive. When you have friends coming over, the last thing you want is to be stuck in the kitchen. We take that off your hands by prepping our home-style favourites in bulk. ### What we bring to the table We offer a mix of the food we grew up with and the comfort food we love. * **Kerala Classics:** Think slow-roasted Beef Ullarthu, Alleppey Fish Curry, or our family recipe Chicken Roast. These are prepared using the same sun-dried spices and traditional earthen vessels we use in our own kitchen. * **Continental Comforts:** For a different vibe, we do favourites like creamy Shepherd’s Pie, Spaghetti Bolognese, or a rich Mushroom Stroganoff. ### The Logistics We keep things simple and honest. * **No Fuss:** This is a drop-off service. We do not provide cutlery, serving staff, or heating equipment. Your food arrives in spill-proof trays ready for your buffet setup. * **Lead Time:** Because we grind our own spice blends and use fresh, fermented batter for things like Appams, we need 24 to 48 hours to prepare your order properly. * **Portioning:** Whether you are hosting a small group of 5 or a larger bash for 50, our trays are designed to keep the food moist and flavourful. Just heat and serve. If you want a mix of both cuisines, we can help you put together a menu that balances the spice of a Kerala curry with the warmth of a continental main. ## About Travancore Tasties We are Travancore Tasties, and our kitchen is built on recipes passed down through generations of Syrian Christian women.
