For party trays, catering, or festival Sadhya kits, it is best to message me on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance so I can ensure everything is fresh, from the fermented batter to the hand-ground spice blends. For individual meals, you do not need to overthink it. My homestyle Kerala curries, appams, and cutlets are listed on the major delivery apps, so you can order them just like any other meal whenever the craving strikes. For hosting, that requires a bit more planning. If you are having friends over for a small party of 5 to 50 people, reach out to me directly. I prepare bulk trays of Beef Ullarthu, Fish Moilee, or even Continental comfort foods like Shepherd’s Pie, delivered ready to serve. Since I make everything from scratch—including grinding my own spices from Wayanad and fermenting my appam batter—I need a heads-up of 24 to 48 hours to get your order perfect. For festivals like Onam or Vishu, I put together complete Sadhya takeaway kits. These are usually time-sensitive, so keep an eye out for announcements and book your slot early. Whether it is a quiet dinner for two or a full feast for a houseful of guests, drop me a message on WhatsApp with your headcount and date, and I will handle the rest. ## About Travancore Tasties I am Tresa, and I cook the same Syrian Christian recipes I grew up eating.
