It makes a genuine difference you can taste because the porous clay pot breathes during slow-cooking, which keeps the seer fish delicate while letting the spices from Wayanad deeply infuse the sauce. My kitchen keeps it old-school. Whether you want the milder, creamy Fish Moilee or a punchy Alleppey Fish Curry, I start with fresh seer fish and spices I source directly from Wayanad. Everything is sun-dried and ground in-house, because pre-packaged powders simply do not carry the same aroma. ### Ordering options - **Individual cravings:** If you just want a meal for one or two, check my menu on the usual delivery apps. These arrive in spill-proof containers, ready to reheat. - **Party trays:** For hosting 5 to 50 people, I provide large trays perfect for a buffet. Please note that these are drop-off delivery services only. Since I prepare everything fresh, I need 24-48 hours notice for bulk catering orders to ensure I have the best fresh catch sourced for your date. While my heart belongs to traditional Kerala seafood, I also occasionally make comfort dishes like Shepherd’s Pie if your family table is craving something different.
