Once you reach out, we chat about your event, your guest list, and the flavours you love. I help you build a menu, then handle all the sourcing, cooking, and service on the day so you can actually be a guest at your own party. ### How We Get Started Planning a meal with me is simple. Whether you need a private dinner for three or a celebration for 200, I handle the logistics. My goal is to make sure you spend your time with guests, not in the kitchen. We can discuss your requirements in English or Malayalam, and I am very flexible when it comes to dietary preferences or specific menu requests. ### My Approach to Catering I specialise in Syrian Christian food, which means recipes passed down from my Amma. This isn't mass-produced catering. I source spices from Wayanad, grind masalas by hand, and make my appam batter from scratch. What you get: * **Full Service:** I bring uniformed waitstaff, aesthetic ceramic crockery, and even clay pots if it fits your event theme. * **Complete Support:** From the welcome drink to the dessert, my team manages the flow of the meal. * **Kitchen Hygiene:** We ensure the kitchen is left exactly as we found it, so you have zero cleanup to worry about after your guests leave. ### Popular Service Options * **Syrian Christian Dinners:** Multi-course meals featuring Seer fish, Mutton stew, and live appam stations. * **Cocktail & Appetizers:** Floating service with finger foods like Beef Ullarthu on coin parottas and cutlet platters. * **Traditional Sadhya:** A vegetarian feast served on banana leaves for those special festival days.
