Whether it is an intimate dinner for three or a gathering for two hundred, my team handles the setup and the final cleanup, leaving your kitchen exactly as we found it. My cooking journey didn't start in a culinary school; it began in my mother's kitchen. I learned to make the food I grew up eating—Mallu Syrian Christian recipes that have been passed down through generations. When I started Travancore Tasties, my goal was to share that nostalgia on a plate. ### My Approach to Catering I source my spices directly from Wayanad, sun-drying and powdering them just the way my Amma taught me. From the batter for my soft, lacey appams to the masalas ground in a mortar and pestle, I do not cut corners.
