We focus on 15-25 minute match simulations where our AIFF/AFC licensed coaches evaluate your game intelligence and decision-making under pressure, rather than just your footwork. ### Our Scouting Philosophy We don't look for players who fit a mold; we look for raw potential. Our trials are designed to replicate game-day conditions so we can see how you actually play, not just how you practice. Whether you are in the U-13, U-15, U-17, or U-20 category, we assess your stamina, tactical awareness, and commitment to the team. ### The Pathway Once selected, you aren't just joining an academy; you are entering a professional ecosystem. Our residential campus at our Delhi headquarters provides the structure you need to focus on football. This includes: * **Comprehensive Training:** Daily technical and fitness sessions led by licensed coaches. * **Education:** We integrate your schooling so your academic and athletic progress happen simultaneously. * **Competition:** We field teams in the Delhi Youth League and I-League, giving you real-world exposure. * **Scholarship Opportunities:** We actively scout for talent that deserves support, with partial to full scholarships available for exceptional players who demonstrate both skill and the right attitude. ### Preparing for Your Trial Bring your own kit and hydration, and arrive ready to play. We require a xerox of your Aadhar card and birth certificate to verify your age category on-site. The process is straightforward: we run the session, our scouts assess your performance, and if you show the drive and discipline we look for, we discuss the next steps for your training journey. ## About Transition Football Academy We are Transition Football Academy, and we believe the next football stars are hiding in plain sight.
