## About Corporate & Workspace Interior Design

### What I Believe About Workspaces

To me, an office is more than just desks and chairs. It’s where ideas get their wings. I focus on making spaces that feel human, not like a production line. When a workspace matches your vibe, things just flow better - people genuinely feel like working.

### How I Design Spaces That Work

I don’t start with blueprints - I start with a feeling. Neuroarchitecture office design is my go-to, blending psychology and space to help people feel good and stay sharp. The way I play with color, light, and contrast is all about setting the right mood. Calm tones and workspace mood lighting can help you focus, but I’m not scared to use bold touches for energy.

### My Canvas: Offices Big and Small

Every corporate environment gets its own unique look. I never recycle old designs. You’ll see this in:
- Executive suites that actually feel powerful and personal - not cold
- Modern boardroom design that’s brand-aligned and built for big ideas
- Home offices that fit right in with your home, not like a weird add-on

### Details Matter: Quiet Luxury Workspace

Luxury isn’t about showing off. It’s about the small stuff - real wood, natural stone, proper metal trims. I work with expert craftsmen for bespoke executive suite interiors, and I’m picky about furniture. Lighting is where I love to make a statement, whether it’s subtle or bold. Every detail is meant to feel just right.

### The Process

I don’t do cookie-cutter. I work with clients from mood boards to the final touch. It’s always a shared journey, making sure your workspace feels like it’s truly yours.

This balance is not seen, it is sensed.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/8db21718-a66e-455a-a85d-81818006075e)

## Meet your expert

[Transform Design](https://mytribe.in/transform_design_studio)

### My story

Hey, Ashmit here from Transform Design. Sharing our work wasn’t our thing, you know? Most of our projects are hush-hush, private. But a friend pushed me, said our ideas need daylight. Took time, but now this space shows our journey. My team’s the backbone, not just me. We got to design Gurudwara Bangla Sahib’s library and museum - big honor, big responsibility. For me, design’s about feelings, not just fancy lines. It’s moving from chaos to calm, making spaces feel safe.

### My work

- **What We Do**: We create bespoke interiors for luxury homes, offices, and cultural institutions, with projects worldwide.
- **Invisible Luxury Interiors**: Our style is quiet, never flashy. We focus on psychological comfort and intention, not just looks.
- **Sensory Home Design**: We use textures, scents, and acoustics to shape spaces you feel, not just see.
- **Designing for You**: We study your routines and habits, so every detail fits your life. It’s always a collaboration.
- **Who We Work With**: Our clients value balance and restraint. If you get that design is about feeling, not just seeing, we’re a match.
