We use industrial air coolers, not central AC, because boxing requires grit and sweat. When you step onto these mats, expect the air to get heavy with effort and the sound of heavy bags being hit, not background music for selfies. This is a workspace, not a lounge. When you walk into our academy in GTB Nagar, you will not find fancy glass walls or expensive machines. You will find a community that values the basics: stance, footwork, and consistency. My approach is rooted in the USSR boxing method, which means we focus on biomechanics and technical mastery before anything else. ### The Environment We have created a space that strips away the distractions. The layout is designed for active movement, with dedicated areas for pad work, heavy bag drills, and agility ladders. Whether it is a morning session or an evening batch, the energy is the same. Everyone is here to push their limits, and you will see students of all levels working side-by-side. We believe in building a team, not just a group of individuals training alone. ### Why We Train This Way Boxing hi sukoon deta hai (boxing gives peace). I want the academy to be a place where you leave your stress at the door and find mental clarity through physical work. We have no shortcuts here. If you are looking for a place where you can coast, this is not it. But if you are ready to sweat, learn the proper way to throw a jab or a hook, and build real resilience, you will fit right in. Our classes run 6 days a week, and I am there for every session to ensure everyone is getting the technical correction they need. From tire flips to intense sparring, everything has a purpose. ## About Traditional Boxing Academy I am Rahul, and I have built this academy for anyone serious about the sport.
