Your ganache comes in a separate container, meant to be heated for 15 seconds before you pour it over the dense mud cake base. It is a small, quiet ritual that makes a simple dessert feel like a proper evening treat. ### Late-Night Indulgence, Made Simple I started these dessert tubs because I know that late-night cravings for something sweet are real, and they should not be met with mass-produced options. Every tub is a reflection of the same standards I use for my celebration cakes. It is about the experience of eating it. Every tub is served in a clear, rigid container that highlights the layers, topped with my signature wax-seal emblem. When you order from Bandra to Malad between 7 PM and 10 PM, you get that dessert fresh, with a quality spoon and napkin tucked into the box.
