Because we make our cupcakes, macarons, and tarts in small batches, the quality remains consistent and the flavours stay vibrant. If you are planning an event, we recommend pre-ordering to ensure your specific flavour choices are baked fresh for the day. When we approach our smaller treats, we treat them with the same technical rigour as our tiered celebration cakes. A macaron is only as good as its shell, which is why we insist on premium almond flour and precise temperature control. Our cupcakes are baked with real vanilla bean and Belgian chocolate, avoiding any synthetic shortcuts. Whether you need a dessert table for a wedding, a box of treats for a corporate event, or just a quiet indulgence for yourself, our process remains the same. We focus on balancing textures—the crunch of a tart shell, the softness of a ganache, the lightness of a sponge. We deliver these treats across Mumbai, and they are designed to travel well. We suggest letting us know your requirements at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare your order from scratch. If you have specific dietary requests or colour themes for a party, mention them when you message us, and we will do our best to match your vision. ## About Toujours Started by my mother, Alpa, in 1985, our studio is built on a simple foundation: if we wouldn't serve it to our own family, we won't serve it to you.
