Whether it is a hand-painted tiered cake or a 3D character design, we require 24 to 48 hours to make your order from scratch, ensuring that the sponge, the ganache, and the final detail are exactly as you imagined. We believe a cake is a chapter in your personal history. That is why you will not find assembly-line designs here. When we work on a structural celebration cake, our process involves internal doweling, temperature-stable Swiss buttercream, and hours of hand-modeling sugar flowers, ensuring your centerpiece is as sturdy as it is stunning. We approach our lighter offerings, like our French-style gateaus and individual tarts, with the same precision, using premium ingredients like Belgian chocolate and Italian mascarpone. Beyond the big occasions, we have carved out a space for the everyday. Our ‘Toujours After Dark’ service brings molten chocolate cake to your door in Bandra to Malad, while our seasonal edits, like the Alphonso mango gateaus in summer, capture the fleeting beauty of Mumbai’s harvest. Whether you are planning a grand wedding or a quiet evening in, our studio in Andheri West is where these memories take shape. Simply browse, choose your flavour profile, and allow us at least 48 hours to prepare your order. ## About Toujours Toujours began in 1985 with my mother, Alpa, and a passion for turning simple ingredients into stories.
