Because we bake in small batches in our Andheri West kitchen, our cookies avoid the dry, mass-produced texture often found on supermarket shelves. Whether you pick our buttery raspberry jam rings or the hazelnut sandwiches, expect a melt-in-the-mouth crumb that remains fresh because it was made recently, not kept on a warehouse pallet. Our philosophy is simple: keep it real. We use high-quality butter and fresh ingredients because shortcuts ruin the final flavor profile. Our tea cakes are dense, moist, and perfectly sized to accompany your evening coffee or breakfast tea. They are designed to be substantial, not overly sweet, serving as the perfect pause in your day. For the cookie lovers, our range shifts from the nutty crunch of a hazelnut sandwich to the soft, comforting chew of our signature chocolate chip. We believe that a cookie should be more than just sugar; it should have texture and soul. If you are looking for a thoughtful gesture, our hampers pull these daily indulgences into rigid, gold-foil-stamped gift boxes that feel special without being flashy. They are perfect for festive gifting or simply telling someone you are thinking of them. We deliver these across Mumbai, or you can drop by our Andheri West studio to see what has just come out of the oven. We do not use preservatives, so please plan your order accordingly to enjoy them at their peak freshness. ## About Toujours My mum, Alpa, started Toujours in 1985, and I grew up learning that the best ingredients tell the most honest stories. We bake these cookies and tea cakes the same way we did then—with patience, real butter, and absolutely no compromises on quality.
