Whether you need an anti-gravity structure for a themed birthday or sugar flowers that look real enough to pick, we engineer the internal support and crumb structure first so your vision stays perfect from delivery to the cutting ceremony. When you order a custom cake with us, you are not picking from a catalogue. You are starting a conversation. We specialize in turning abstract concepts into reality—whether that is a precise replica of a beloved toy for a child's birthday or an elegant, hand-painted floral tower for a milestone anniversary. Our process begins with understanding the 'why' behind your celebration. Because we bake from scratch, we can adjust the internal architecture of your cake to suit the design. Structural themes require a sturdy mud cake or butter cake base with internal doweling, while delicate designs allow for lighter, creamier sponges. This ensures that no matter how complex the exterior, the taste remains fresh and stable. We source ingredients with the same rigor as our design process. From high-fat Belgian chocolate ganache to fresh, seasonal fruits, every component is chosen to enhance the final flavor profile. Since we operate out of our studio in Andheri West, we manage the entire lifecycle of your cake, ensuring that our handcrafted sugar work and tempered chocolate details are packed securely for transit across Mumbai. If you have a theme, a color palette, or even a vague memory you want to recreate, let us know. We treat every order as a piece of our own history, ensuring that the cake serves as the anchor for the memories you are creating. ## About Toujours I grew up with flour on my nose watching my mum, Alpa, turn simple ingredients into magic. Today, we keep that tradition alive by pouring our hearts into every cake, ensuring it tastes exactly as good as it looks.
