Since these creations often involve intricate sugar work, we use dense, weight-bearing sponges and sharp-edged ganache shells to ensure every figurine and structure holds up until the final candle is blown out. At Toujours, we believe a birthday cake should reflect the personality of the celebration. Because we avoid templates, every design is a fresh start. You might want a 3D sculpted safari animal, a delicate ballerina, or a high-energy sports theme, and we work to capture those specific details. We take construction seriously. For themed cakes, we use dense Madeira or mud cake bases that provide the stability needed for heavy fondant work and hand-modeled sugar paste characters. If you prefer a lighter touch, our Swiss Meringue buttercream designs offer a smooth, clean finish that looks perfect in party photos. We apply the same level of detail to dessert tables, including matching cake pops and cookies to create a cohesive theme. Whether you are hosting a party in Andheri West or anywhere across Mumbai, we ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. We use specialized, air-conditioned transport for our larger centerpieces to prevent melting. If you have a specific vision, share your theme, and let us discuss how we can turn those ideas into an edible centerpiece that guests will enjoy. ## About Toujours I am the second-generation baker at Toujours, carrying forward the passion my mother, Alpa, instilled in me back in 1985. We do not just bake desserts; we help you mark life's milestones with joy and tradition. Every creation from our Mumbai kitchen is a labor of love, made to be the highlight of your celebration.
