We do not use molds or pre-made decorations. Every sugar flower is shaped petal by petal, and every drip is hand-poured to get that perfect, natural fall. It is the time spent on these small, tactile details that changes a cake from a simple dessert into a centerpiece for your table. It started in 1985 with my mother, Alpa. She taught me that flour on your nose is a sign of a good day, but precision is what makes a cake worth remembering. In our Andheri kitchen, we stick to that early lesson. We refuse to use templates. If a client asks for a theme, we sketch it, test the structure, and build it from the sponge up. We source top-tier ingredients because butter, chocolate, and seasonal fruits have distinct personalities that dictate how a cake sets and how it tastes. Whether it is a 3D sculpted cake or a delicate floral design, the structural integrity matters just as much as the flavor. For our taller cakes, we use double-barrel techniques and internal doweling to keep things stable without compromising the crumb. People often ask why we spend so much time on the invisible work—the internal support, the quality of the ganache under-layer, or the temperature control during transport. The answer is simple: when you cut into a cake that has travelled across Mumbai, it needs to hold its shape. We do not just bake; we engineer every order to withstand the local climate, ensuring that what arrives at your venue looks exactly like the vision we discussed.
