Whether we are hand-shaping sugar paste figurines or calibrating the anti-gravity support for a floating cake, each detail is intentional. You are not just ordering a dessert; you are commissioning a piece of edible art that needs to taste as substantial as it looks. At Toujours, we reject the idea of templates. A 3D sculpted cake is a conversation between your vision and our technical skill. When you ask for a superhero-themed creation or an intricate book-stack cake, we begin with structural integrity. We use dense mud cakes or sturdy Madeira sponges as the foundation for heavy fondant work, ensuring your cake stands tall throughout your event. Under the fondant, you will find a sharp-edged ganache shell. This provides that clean, sculpted finish without the lumps often found in mass-produced work. For our anti-gravity or suspended designs, we use food-safe armatures to maintain the illusion of weightlessness. It is tempting to prioritize the visuals, but we refuse to compromise on the crumb. We use premium ingredients—think rich chocolate-pecan or fresh berry mascarpone—so the experience lasts from the first look to the last bite. For complex designs, we handle the logistics personally. Our delivery team in Mumbai is trained to manage temperature and transport, so your cake arrives exactly as it left our Andheri kitchen. Whether it is a grand wedding centerpiece or a birthday surprise, our goal is to turn your specific, often wild, ideas into an edible reality that respects the effort you put into planning your celebration. ## About Toujours My mum, Alpa, taught me that a cake is a love story. We do not do mass production here; we spend hours shaping sugar petals and sculpting fondant because your milestones deserve more than a generic box cake. This is our life's work, baked with heart right here in Mumbai.
