Every cake we make is designed from scratch to match your story, theme, and flavour preferences, ensuring that the final result is unique to your celebration. Our process focuses on combining structural integrity with high-quality ingredients. Whether you are looking for a tall wedding centerpiece adorned with sugar flowers or a 3D themed cake for a birthday, we prioritize stability and taste. We use Swiss Meringue buttercream and rich ganache, avoiding non-dairy whip to ensure a premium finish. For large celebrations, we offer on-site assembly to ensure your cake stays in perfect condition. We welcome your specific ideas, from anti-gravity designs to complex themes, and we work to turn those concepts into edible reality. ## About Toujours Toujours is a mother-daughter story, born in 1985. We create desserts that carry the warmth of home and the precision of fine art, ensuring every cake is as personal as the celebration it marks.
