Typically ₹3,800-6,000 per cake (approx. 1kg - 1.5kg) (estimate)

#### Mechanics & Reveal

* **Bomb:** Food-grade rigid shell with internal spring/sparkler mechanism for a dramatic pop-open reveal.

#### Cake & Filling
* **Base:** Sturdy sponge base (Dutch Truffle, Red Velvet) designed to support mechanical weight.
* **Pinata Fillings:** Option to fill with cake or assorted treats like macarons, pralines, and rock chocolates.

#### Presentation Kit
* **Accessories:** Includes wooden mallet (Pinata) or safety sparkler fuse (Bomb).
* **Box:** High-clearance transparent box to accommodate height and protect delicate shells during transit.

### Tall Designer Cakes (Floral & Buttercream)

Double-barrel height cakes (1.5kg-2.5kg) finished in Swiss Meringue buttercream with fresh floral arrangements and gold accents.

Typically ₹5,000-8,500 per cake (1.5kg - 2.5kg) (estimate)

#### Structure & Finish
* **Dimensions:** Tall "Double Barrel" style (approx. 5-7 inches height) creating a vertical canvas for decoration.
* **Frosting:** Premium 100% butter-based Swiss Meringue Buttercream or chocolate ganache (no non-dairy whip used).
* **Styles:** Options include semi-naked, concrete smooth finish, or palette knife painted textures.

#### Decor Elements

Typically ₹8-16K per cake (approx. 2.5kg - 4.5kg) (estimate)

#### Artistry & Sculpting
* **Figurines:** 2 to 4 completely hand-modeled edible sugar paste characters (no plastic toys used).
* **Detailing:** Intricate 2D/3D fondant work including quilted patterns, realistic textures (wood grain/leather), and logos.
* **Structure:** Anti-gravity elements or 3D object shaping (sneakers, cameras) supported by internal food-safe armatures.

#### Construction
* **Base:** Dense, weight-bearing sponge (Mud Cake, Madeira) required to hold heavy fondant work without collapsing.
* **Undercoat:** Sharp-edged ganache shell (Dark/White chocolate) applied beneath fondant for a bump-free finish.

#### Presentation
* **Board:** Fully decorated cake board (grass, sand, floor textures) integrated into the overall theme.

* **Support:** Heavy-duty internal doweling and separator systems to ensure stability during display.
* **Finish:** Flawless fondant drape or smooth ganache with sharp edges.

#### High-End Decor
* **Sugar Art:** Bespoke arrangements of handcrafted gum paste flowers (Peonies, Orchids) and fragile wafer paper designs.
* **Techniques:** Advanced texturing including bas-relief stenciling, edible fabric effects, and pearlescent sprays.

## About Custom Celebration Cakes

### What Makes Our Cakes Special

Every cake I create is personal. It’s not just dessert - it’s part of your story. Working alongside my mum, Alpa, I’ve learned that a cake should feel as special as the memories you’re making. At Toujours, there’s no copy-paste. Each celebration gets its own design, no repeats, no templates. You tell me your idea, I turn it into cake.

### Your Vision, Our Craft

I love a challenge and details matter. Want handcrafted sugar flowers? I’ll spend hours shaping petals so they look real. Dreaming of a 3D sculpted cake shaped like a superhero or a book? Bring it on. Whether you’re after luxury wedding cakes with vintage piping or something bold and quirky like an anti-gravity cake, I’m always experimenting with new styles.

### For Every Kind of Celebration

Weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, baby showers, festive gatherings - I’ve made cakes for all of life’s big (and tiny) moments. From grand multi-tiered centrepieces to fun birthday cakes for kids, each one is made to fit your occasion.

### Flavours That Matter

Looks aren’t everything, right? I use top-notch ingredients for flavours you can actually remember. Think rich chocolate-pecan, fresh berry mascarpone, or classic Dutch truffle. Got a wild flavour idea? Let’s chat - I’m open to it.

### More Than Just Cake

If you like, I can do matching dessert tables or mini cakes for party favours. Creating together is half the fun. Tell me your dream, let’s make it edible.

## Meet your expert

[Toujours](https://mytribe.in/toujoursmumbai)

### My story

Toujours started with my mum, Alpa, way back in ’85. I grew up with flour on my nose and the smell of cakes everywhere. Our travels, those lazy afternoon teas, shaped everything we bake now. It’s not just business for us – it’s memories, tradition, and a whole lot of love in every slice. From me and mum, Toujours is our ode to Mumbai and to all the women who make life sweet.

### My work

- **Patisserie & Custom Cake Studio**: We make bespoke celebration cakes, wedding cakes, tiered cakes, themed cakes, cupcakes, macarons, tarts, cheesecakes, and custom entremets.
- **Artisanal Cookies & Gift Hampers**: We curate artisanal cookies Mumbai loves, plus luxury dessert hampers and boxes for festivals and special days.
- **Personalised Designs**: No templates, ever. You dream it, we bake it. Every detail is handcrafted for you.
- **Seasonal & Festival Specials**: Menus for Diwali, Rakhi, Easter, Mother’s Day, and more. Perfect for gifting, or just treating yourself.
- **Toujours After Dark**: Craving late? Our late-night dessert delivery brings handcrafted treats to select Mumbai areas, 7-10 PM.
