We have set up our gym with high-quality foam pits, balance beams, and specialized flooring to ensure that every landing, whether it is a success or a wobbly try, is safe. Parents often tell us the best part is being able to watch their kids gain confidence from our comfortable waiting area while they enjoy a bit of downtime with Wi-Fi. ### A Space Designed for Real Progress Our gym at Kudlu Gate is built for gymnasts of all levels. We use FIG-certified equipment because we know that proper form and safety go hand in hand. Whether you are joining our standard weekend batches or the intensive 4-day skill builder, you are training on surfaces meant to support your development and prevent injuries. ### Safety and Comfort We know that parents want peace of mind, which is why we have installed CCTV monitoring and keep the gym clean and organized. Our facility is not a sterile training hall, but a place where we cheer for effort, not just perfection. Falls happen, and that is completely normal here—our mats are always ready to catch you. ### Why Join Us We have recently expanded our footprint, adding more matting and dedicated zones for different skill levels, from toddlers starting with basic rolls to teens working on complex vaulting. If you are near Kudlu or Electronic City, come drop by to see how we have built a community around movement. It is a place where you can switch off from the day, focus on your body, and get those moves right. ## About Tots N Teens We are Team TNT, a group of ex-national gymnasts turned coaches based here in Bengaluru. We started this gym because we believe everyone—from tiny tots to adventurous adults—deserves a space to learn how to flip, leap, and soar in a supportive, judgment-free zone. 🤸‍♀️ [See all of Tots N Teens's services](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics) ## More from Kids Recreational Gymnastics by Tots N Teens - [Featured](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/featured) - [Tumbling & Floor Skills](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/tumbling-floor-skills) - [Balance Beam Adventures](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/balance-beam-adventures) - [Flying High on Vault](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/flying-high-on-vault) - [Strength on Bars & Rings](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/strength-on-bars-rings) - [Fun-damentals: Strength & Flexibility](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/fun-damentals-strength-flexibility) - [Our Awesome Coaches in Action](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/our-awesome-coaches-in-action) - [The Journey is the Reward](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/the-journey-is-the-reward) - [Our Gym Family: Events & Celebrations](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/our-gym-family-events-celebrations) - [Our Youngest Gymnasts (Tots, 4-6 yrs)](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/kids-recreational-gymnastics/our-youngest-gymnasts-tots-4-6-yrs) ## More services by Tots N Teens - [Adult Gymnastics Classes](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/adult-gymnastics-classes) - [Competitive Gymnastics Training](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/competitive-gymnastics-training) - [Summer Camp](https://mytribe.in/totsnteens.gymnastics/summer-camp) ## Similar work from other experts - [Our Training Facility and Community at Aerial Zone](https://mytribe.in/kumar_s_achar/youth-gymnastics-coaching/our-community-facility) by Kumar S.
