With one voice command, your curtains open, the lights dim, and your favourite playlist starts. I build scenes that aren't just gadgets working together, but a system that actually understands your routine. ## Photos and videos - [Video: See a voice-activated "Party Mode" scene in action. I use retrofit modules that fit behind your existing switches, so you get all these smart scenes without any mess or construction drama. Whether it's a specific 'Party Mode' for the living room or a 'Good Morning' routine for your curtains and coffee maker, I make sure the tech works around your home, not the other way around. ### How We Build Your Smart Scene Automation is only useful if it makes your life easier. I focus on creating 'Scenes'—specific configurations of your lights, curtains, music, and appliances that activate with a single voice command or one touch. #### Why Retrofit Changes Everything If you live in an apartment or a house that is already built, you don't need to break walls or redo your wiring to get smart controls. My retrofit modules sit behind your current switchboards. This means you keep the aesthetic of your switches while adding the power of AI-driven control. You get the benefits of modern technology without the dust and cost of a full renovation. #### The Tech Behind the Scene I build an ecosystem where your devices talk to each other: * **Smart Lighting:** Tunable lights that shift from cool white for focus to warm yellow for relaxation. * **Automated Curtains:** Set them to open with your morning alarm or close when you leave the house. * **Voice Integration:** Everything is compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and the Totem app. * **Smart Sensors:** Lights that turn on when you enter a room and turn off when you leave, saving up to 30% on electricity bills. #### Your First Scene Whether you want a 'Movie Night' that dims the lights and closes the curtains, or a 'Deep Work' mode for your home office, we configure the logic together. My goal is to ensure your home adapts to you, not the other way around. Let's make your space future-ready without the drama. ## About Totem We're Totem, a Bengaluru-based crew obsessed with making smart homes actually doable for regular folks.
