Our sessions aren't just about standing around; we use Spanish drills and active feeding to build your footwork and endurance. Whether you are aiming to fix your backhand or need a solid hour of cardio, my coaches and I will be there on court calling out, "Saamne dekh" (look forward) or correcting your balance right in the moment. ### How We Train Our adult program is designed for people who want results, not just a casual hit. We operate on red clay courts because the surface forces you to develop better footwork and patience. We don't believe in just standing and hitting; we use Spanish-style drills and high-repetition basket feeding to build muscle memory for your forehand, backhand, and volleys. ### The Cardio & Skill Balance Each session is a mix of intense cardio and technical refinement. You’ll be doing high-movement drills, point play, and tie-breaker scenarios that simulate real match pressure. We also integrate basic agility training and core work, because a strong body makes for a cleaner stroke. ### Why Join Us? It’s not just about the tennis. You’ll be training with a group of people who are there to work hard and improve, which makes the sessions challenging and fun. We keep the coach-to-student ratio low (capped at 1:5) so you get actual hitting time, not just time spent waiting for your turn.
