They know the grind because they have lived it. They have seen our work in Munirka and are backing our expansion into Noida because they know we do not do shortcuts. If you want to train where the real fighters train, this is where you start. Boxing is a small world. When you have trained at the national and international level like our coaches have, you know exactly what separates a real academy from a fitness club. That is why we are proud to have support from Arjuna Awardees and Commonwealth medalists who started from the same ground-level struggle we teach at our academy. They back us because they know the Tokas method is not about fancy machines or air conditioning. It is about grit, footwork, and the discipline to keep showing up. With our expansion into Noida, we are bringing that same Munirka-style intensity to more people. Whether you are a complete beginner who wants to get fit or a competitive fighter aiming for the state circuit, the techniques these champions talk about—the stance, the conditioning, the discipline—are exactly what you will find in every session. We do not run a gym, we run an academy. Come see why the pros are lining up to support us. ## About Tokas Boxing & Fitness Academy I am Rohit Tokas, and we run this academy like a family because that is how we grew up. We bring the grit of Munirka and the discipline of competitive boxing to everyone who walks through our doors. If you are ready to sweat, you are one of us.
