We train to win. When our students step into the ring for the Delhi State or CBSE championships, they aren't guessing their next move. We drill pad work, ring strategy, and corner coaching until it becomes instinct. You see the medal counts in our photos, but the real work happens in the 90 minutes of daily sweat before the fight even starts. ### The Munirka Grind Winning isn't an accident. It is built on the floor mats here in Munirka. We treat every session like a pre-fight camp because competitive boxing requires more than just lung capacity. It requires mental toughness. ### How We Build Fighters When you see our students holding gold and silver, you are seeing the result of a specific pipeline: * **Foundation:** We start with stance correction and shadow boxing to build muscle memory. * **Conditioning:** Our students run the local streets and tackle stair climbing drills to build the endurance that wins third rounds. * **The Corner:** In the championship photos you see, our coaches are not just watching. They are guiding. We teach our fighters to listen for tactical instructions while under pressure. * **Sparring:** We run supervised ring sessions where ego is checked at the door. It is about skill, not who hits harder. ### Join the Team Whether you are a kid looking for a strong start in the sport or a serious athlete aiming for state-level glory, the process is the same. We provide the equipment, the space, and the discipline. You provide the effort. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training like a champion, come by the academy and let's get to work. ## About Tokas Boxing & Fitness Academy I am Rohit Tokas. I’ve fought on international stages like the Commonwealth Games, and now I bring that same intensity to my students here in Munirka. This isn't a gym where you just clock in and out.
