## About Parent & Child: First Steps Together

These classes are collaborative sessions, not drop-offs. For 45 minutes, you join your child on the mats to navigate circuits and obstacle courses together. You will be hands-on with props like balls, parachutes, and our soft foam shapes, helping your child master basic balance and grip under the guidance of our trained coaches. It is an active way to monitor their physical development while enjoying the bonding time.

### Early Development Through Play
We design every session for children between 10 months and 3 years to foster physical, social, and cognitive growth. Our curriculum focuses on early childhood development by mixing music, movement, and structured exploration. By participating alongside your child, you become an active partner in their milestone moments, from their first wobbly steps on the balance beam to learning how to grip and hang on our junior bars.
