It is about the hundreds of hours spent in controlled sparring and learning how to handle the pressure of the ring. My students don't just learn kicks; they master the technical combinations and the discipline to control their aggression, ensuring they are ready before they ever face a real opponent. My philosophy is simple: Struggle brings progress. Whether it is a white belt beginner or a senior student aiming for a black belt, the journey to the podium starts in our Badarpur dojo. We practice full-contact sparring (Kyorugi) with proper protective gear so my students know exactly how it feels to step into the ring. Organizing the 1st Warriors Cup at AIIMS was a huge milestone. Seeing my students featured on ABP News was not about the fame. It was proof that when you train with the right mindset, you get results. We focus on WTF basics, tile breaking, and mental conditioning so that when tournament day arrives, they are not nervous. They are ready.
