I use tall floor pillars and ceiling clusters to fill the visual space, which ensures the stage feels grand but keeps the flow of the room open for your guests. ### How I approach large-scale decor For major milestones like first birthdays or anniversary bashes, the goal is to make the room look full and lively without cluttering the floor space. I work with banquet halls across Bangalore, so I understand the layout challenges that come with different venue sizes. ### My process for stage setups - **Stage focus:** I prioritize the stage as the centerpiece. I combine custom backdrops—using flex banners or fabric—with heavy organic balloon garlands to create depth. - **Room filling:** To make a large hall look festive, I extend the theme beyond the stage. This often involves placing balloon pillars at the entrance, adding ceiling clusters, or hanging photo memory displays to draw the eye upward. - **Logistics:** For these setups, I arrive with my team at least three hours before your event starts to handle the electrical connections, prop placement, and balloon inflation. I bring all the necessary equipment, including stands, LED lights, and any custom cutouts, so you have one less thing to worry about. If you have a specific hall in mind, tell me the venue name. I can often suggest what will work best based on the ceiling height and available floor area. ## About TK Balloon Shades I'm the person behind TK Balloon Shades.
