Custom setups, owner-installed." canonical: https://mytribe.in/tkballoonshades/event-balloon-decoration last_updated: 2026-03-07 --- # Event Balloon Decoration in Bengaluru By [TK Balloon Shades](https://mytribe.in/tkballoonshades) · I set up custom balloon decor in Bengaluru for birthdays, welcome baby setups, baby showers, and themed kids' parties. I plan and install every setup myself with my brother. Typically ₹1,800-8,500 per event setup (estimate) ## Locations Office in Rayasandra, Bengaluru; decorates venues within 15km ### Travels to - Decorates venues within 15km of Rayasandra, Bengaluru (serves areas around Electronic City, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, Kudlu Gate, Kasavanahalli, Chandapura, Bommasandra, Whitefield, Marathahalli) ### Visit at - Office at Rayasandra, Bengaluru (decorates near Electronic City, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, Kudlu Gate, Kasavanahalli, Chandapura, Whitefield) ## Pricing guide (estimates) These are indicative prices based on provider's past work. Enquire now to find out final quote. ### Simple Birthday Arch Single-palette balloon arch with a fringe foil curtain backdrop and gold-cursive 'Happy Birthday' cutout. My most affordable setup. Typically ₹1,800 per event setup (estimate) #### What you get * Balloon arch in one palette of your choice (black + gold, pastel, or any single-colour combo). * Gold or silver foil fringe curtain as the backdrop. * Gold-cursive 'Happy Birthday' cutout. * A few floor balloons to complete the look. #### How it runs * Compact wall setup, no separate stage or props. * I set it up myself in about an hour. * Travel within 15km of Rayasandra is included in the price. #### Best for * Small adult birthdays at home, surprise office birthdays, or any setup where you want a clean photo backdrop on a tight budget. #### Heads up * This is my floor price. I don't go below 1800 for a real setup, if your budget is below this, I'd rather you find another provider than deliver something I'm not proud of. ### Maternity & Wall Decor Themed wall garland with bunting and theme foil balloons, 'Mom to Bee' bumblebee or other maternity and shower themes. Typically ₹2,800 per event setup (estimate) #### What you get * Organic asymmetrical balloon garland framing one wall, in your chosen palette. * Theme bunting (e.g., 'Mom to Bee' black bunting on white wall). * 2 to 3 theme foil balloons (bumblebees, baby foils, stars, depending on the theme). * Mix of standard latex, polka-dot prints, and small foil accents. #### How it runs * Compact wall-only setup, no separate backdrop or stage area. * I set it up myself in roughly 1.5 hours. * Travel within 15km of Rayasandra is included in the price. #### Best for * Baby showers, maternity reveals, small intimate at-home celebrations where you want a single statement wall instead of a full stage. ### Ring Setup Circular balloon hoop with organic garland, 'Happy Birthday' cutout, and a number foil. Price moves with the ring size and how exactly you want the design matched. Typically ₹3,500-6,700 per event setup (estimate) #### What you get * One circular metal ring stand (approx 6x6 ft diameter). * Organic balloon garland on 60-70% of the ring, mixing matte/pastel latex with chrome or metallic accents in your colours. * A 'Happy Birthday' or 'Happy Anniversary' cutout (white neon or gold cursive script). * One or two foil number balloons. * One honeycomb-paper pedestal as a cake or prop stand. * Floor matting under the setup. #### How the price moves * Standard ring at 3500 is my entry-point setup. * If you want me to match a specific reference photo closely (size, exact palette, specific garland density), the cost goes up to 6000-6700 depending on what's involved. * I won't undercut to match a cheaper quote from someone else. As I tell customers, we don't make similar, we make it exactly. #### How it runs * I set it up myself, usually 1.5 to 2 hours on site. * Travel within 15km of Rayasandra is included in the price. * Stand is picked up the next day. #### Best for * Small home birthdays, anniversaries, simple photo backdrops. ### Welcome Baby Decor Door arch plus ceiling balloon clusters across the home, with baby-theme foils, name or 'It's a Boy' / 'Welcome Baby Girl' cutouts. Typically ₹3,800-5,000 per event setup (estimate) #### What you get * Door balloon arch in your chosen palette (blue/chrome blue/white for boy, pink/pastel/floral for girl). * Baby-theme foil pieces, 'It's a Boy', 'Baby Boy' pram, 'Welcome Baby Girl' foil letters, baby cutouts. * 4 to 7 small ceiling balloon clusters with curled ribbon streamers across the home. * For baby-girl setups, a fresh-flower petal pathway (rose plus sevanthige/chrysanthemum) from the main door to the bedroom can be added. * Happy to integrate the family's own door toran and puja-corner accents into the look. #### How it runs * I set it up myself; usually done in 2 to 3 hours. * Give me a day or two's notice so I can plan and shop for the setup properly. * Early morning before you bring the baby home, or late night, I'll come at that hour. No problem, and no extra charge for it. * Travel within 15km of Rayasandra is included in the price. #### Best for * Welcoming the baby home from the hospital, small naming ceremonies, intimate family gatherings. ### Themed Character Setup Full character backdrop with organic balloon garland, theme cutout, number foils, and a pedestal, for kids' theme birthdays. Football, Moana, Spiderman, Cocomelon, Unicorn, Candyland and more. Typically ₹8,000-8,500 per event setup (estimate) #### What you get * Personalised 'Happy Birthday {name}' backdrop in your theme palette. * Dense organic balloon garland in theme colours along the backdrop. * One character or theme element, Moana cutout, Spiderman figure, Cocomelon characters, soccer balls and jersey, unicorn, candy props, or another theme you want. * Foil number balloon for the age (silver, gold, or chrome). * One honeycomb-paper or standard pedestal for the cake. * Smaller theme accents (shells, palm trees, stars, butterflies, donuts, grass mats, depending on the theme). #### How it runs * Full setup takes 2.5 to 3 hours on site. * Travel within 15km of Rayasandra is included. For setups above 10000, I'm happy to travel further. * I'll usually share 4 to 6 reference photos in your theme so you can pick the exact design before I lock the price. #### Best for * Kids' theme birthday parties at home or in a small hall, especially 1st through 10th birthdays. ## About Event Balloon Decoration We love making parties look fun and different. At TK Balloon Shades, I put together balloon decorations that match your vibe, small home birthdays, welcome-home setups for a new baby, baby showers, or themed kids' birthday decor. I'm based in Rayasandra, Bengaluru. ### What I Do - Birthdays, anniversaries, welcome baby balloon arch setups, baby shower wall garlands, themed kids' birthday decor, festival parties like Dandiya and New Year, gym openings. - Kids' themes, Spiderman, Cocomelon, unicorns, Moana, Candyland, football, or anything you ask for. - Adult birthdays, elegant black and gold, pastels, chrome and metallic combos. ### Decoration Styles - Arches, ring balloon backdrops, organic garlands, door arches, balloon pillars, ceiling clusters with your photos hanging if you want it personal. - Neon signs, light-up letters, shimmer walls, foil curtains, and custom name cutouts to finish the look. ### How I Work - Tell me your theme, colors, and budget; I'll suggest a plan that fits. - 30% advance to confirm, 70% balance after setup is done. Once I've bought the materials for your booking, the advance is non-refundable, but if your date shifts, talk to me and we'll work out a reschedule. - Last-minute basic setups possible with 2 to 3 hours notice if I'm free. Themed or bigger setups need at least a day. - Midnight surprise, or early morning before you bring the baby home, I'll come at whatever hour the function needs. No extra charge for the odd timing. - I handle the setup myself with my brother so you don't stress on the day. If you want something over the top, I'll tell you if it's doable. If you want minimal, I won't push for extra stuff. One thing to know, I do balloon work only, no fresh flower decoration, so for a Ganesh Chaturthi pooja or any festival where you want traditional flower decor, I'm not the right person. As I tell my customers, we don't make similar, we make it exactly. ## Highlights Browse through TK Balloon Shades's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/tkballoonshades/event-balloon-decoration/featured) - [Video: This is a full 'Candyland' theme I created for a 4th birthday party.
