## About More Than a Studio, We're a Family

When we celebrate festivals like Teej at TDFS, it is not just about the dance or the outfits. It is the glue that holds our sisterhood together. We find that when you genuinely like the people you work out with, the exercise part stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like something you look forward to. You will see us dance here with the same intensity we bring to our strength training sessions, because at TDFS, we work hard and celebrate even harder.

Many of our members come to us because they are tired of the lonely, repetitive gym grind. In our Vishnu Garden studio, we believe that real results come when you feel safe, heard, and supported. Whether it is a high-intensity interval training session on Monday or a festive dance celebration like Hariyali Teej, the vibe remains the same: we are here to build strength and community.

We do not just do aerobics. We mix functional strength training with traditional celebration, which keeps our members coming back consistently. This festive energy is a huge part of our culture. It allows our 'TDFS Queens' to de-stress, connect, and stay motivated long-term.

You get a workout that hits your calorie goals while building genuine friendships. Our studio offers a range of sessions from Zumba and Bollywood dance to functional strength training with kettlebells and battle ropes. I am Sarika, and here at TDFS, we do not just train—we grow together. Whether we are sweating it out in a HIIT session or dancing through a festival like Teej, my goal is to make sure every woman who walks through our doors feels strong, joyful, and supported.
