Every technician at our stations goes through rigorous training at our own institute, ensuring that whether you visit our salon in Bandra or our studio in Chennai, the technique, hygiene, and quality remain exactly the same. We prioritize your nail health with waterless Russian manicures, single-use liners, and sterile tools, so you can focus on the vibe while we handle the technical side. In 2011, our founder, Sharmila Thanki, returned from the U.S. with a clear mission: to bring the chic, high-end nail salon culture she loved back to India. She didn't want to open just another parlor; she wanted a 'girl therapy' zone—a space where you could step away from the daily grind and actually relax. That vision grew from one spot into a widespread network of luxury studios found in cities from Mumbai and Delhi to Goa and Kochi. Our growth is rooted in consistency. You might notice our team's obsession with things like fresh OPI polishes, UV-protective gloves, and strict sterilization protocols. That is intentional. Because we operate our own training institute, we ensure that every person holding the file or the brush is a master of the craft. We don't cut corners on safety, and we don't guess when it comes to style. Whether you are looking for a minimalist aesthetic, a complex 3D floral design, or durable Gel-X extensions that last, we know how to deliver a result that holds up. For us, a great manicure isn't just about how it looks when you walk out—it's about how your nails feel and stay healthy weeks later. We are here to make you feel beautiful, confident, and ready for your next main character moment. ## About Tip & Toe We are Tip & Toe, a team built on passion, precision, and the belief that self-care is essential. From our founder Sharmila to every artist at our stations, we are here to give you that much-needed me time and a manicure that slays.
