We flip the script by ensuring the choreography is accessible for everyone, from the most hesitant employee to the department head. We focus on simple, high-impact movements that build confidence, turning your team from a group of coworkers into a cohesive group of performers. Planning for corporate annual days or institutional events like those at NMIMS comes with unique challenges: busy schedules, mixed skill levels, and the pressure to impress. We have navigated these with clients like MAERSK and Kotak by prioritizing clarity and fun over complex technicality. ### Our Approach to Institutional & Corporate Choreography * **The 'Non-Dancer' Guarantee:** Our biggest strength is making people who claim they have 'two left feet' feel like stars. We break down sequences into manageable chunks that anyone can learn, regardless of their past dance experience. * **Structured Rehearsals:** We understand that corporate time is limited. Our packages include 10 to 12 sessions, typically held at your office or campus, to ensure we don't disrupt your daily productivity. We manage formations, stage geometry, and crowd control so you don't have to worry about the logistics. * **Beyond Just Steps:** A performance is only as good as the energy behind it. We provide on-site technical run-throughs to handle lighting cues, sound checks, and backstage support, ensuring that when the curtain rises, the only thing you need to worry about is hitting your marks. Whether it's a brand story through a narrative-driven performance or a high-energy Bollywood mashup, we work with you to align the choreography with your event theme. We handle the music editing and prop coordination at actuals, meaning you get a complete production package without the headache of managing vendors separately. ## About Tijo's Dance Academy I'm Tijo, and at TDA, we believe that if you can move, you can dance. We don't treat your corporate event like a rigid school task. We treat it like a chance to build a real connection, where the laughter during practice is just as important as the final performance on stage.
