Here, we start with the basics—weight transfer, rhythm, and body isolation. We spend the first 20 minutes of every class on technique drills before we touch any choreography, so you actually learn how to dance instead of just mimicking moves. ### Why Foundation Beats Trends If you're tired of wasting money on workshops where you learn three steps and forget them the next day, you're in the right place. Our regular monthly batches are designed to build your muscle memory. We focus on the 'why' behind every move—how to engage your core, how to hit a beat, and how to maintain safety so you don't end up with a bad knee. ### What You Get When you join our commercial dance subscription (₹3200–₹4200), you aren't just taking a class. You are part of an 8-session program. We cover: * **Technique Drills:** Warm-ups, grooves, and isolations tailored to the style. * **Choreography:** Full routines that we actually finish and refine. * **The 'Star' Experience:** The final session is dedicated to professional in-class filming. We use studio lighting and stabilized gear so you have a high-quality reel to keep or post. ### Where We Are We operate out of dedicated dance spaces because the environment matters. You can find us at Studio Youmania in Malad East, The Ace Studio in Andheri West, or The Verve Club. All our studios feature sprung wooden floors to protect your joints. ### Who Is This For? Whether you’re 4 or 60, our doors are open. We don't judge beginners, and we don't push people beyond their limits before they are ready. If you want a space where you can leave your workday stress at the door and just move, come join the TDA fam. ## About Tijo's Dance Academy I’m Tijo.
