My training is not about fancy moves or choreography. We drill escaping wrist grabs, breaking chokes, and using your voice to create distance. It is raw, practical, and focused on helping them get home safe. ### No Nonsense Training In my years of coaching at MMA Tigers, I have realized one thing: self-defense is not a sport. It is a mindset. When I go into schools in areas like Pitampura, I am not there to show off. I am there to make sure every girl and boy knows how to handle a threat before it happens. ### The Method We start by teaching situational awareness. If you cannot see the threat, you cannot stop it. My sessions focus on: - **Breaking the Freeze:** Learning to react when you are startled. - **Distance Control:** Using your voice and body posture to keep attackers away. - **Escape Tactics:** How to break a grab or chokehold using leverage, not brute force. - **Confidence Building:** Most students are afraid to fight back. I push them to stand tall and look the 'attacker' in the eye. That shift in attitude is the biggest lesson they take back to the classroom. ### Why Schools Choose Us These are not motivational talks.
