Whether we are adding a few grams of gold for a new frame or replacing worn threads with fresh Basra pearls and emerald beads, every modification is done to balance your modern style with the history of the piece. Jewellery often gathers dust because styles change, but the memories attached to those pieces stay the same. We help you bridge this gap by transforming dated heirlooms, like classic diamond necklaces, heavy ginnis, or traditional mangalsutras, into pieces that fit your current lifestyle. Our process centers on collaborative design. When you bring your jewellery to our studio in Malad West, we do not just look at the material value. We look at the story. **Our Transformation Approach** * **Minimalist Refresh:** Sometimes, a piece just needs a little care. We can change the meenakari colors to pastel shades, or restring your old pieces using fresh Basra pearls, spinels, and tourmalines. This keeps the gold weight low while completely changing the look. * **Coin Framing & Modernization:** Have gold coins that are too heavy or dated? We frame these into contemporary chokers or necklaces without melting the coins. This allows you to preserve the original asset while creating a statement piece. * **Structural Redesign:** For older, heavy sets, we can fuse pieces to create something entirely new, such as a modern hasli or broad choker. We use high-quality 14K, 18K, or 22K gold to provide structural integrity for these new, complex designs. We believe that jewellery should not be locked away.
